Service Description
Weekday rental fee is $700.00 (Credit Card surcharge3.5%) $724.00 If paid in full. Need a payment plan? no problem, make a small downpayment of $310.00 (credit card fee 3.5%) and pay the balance 10 days prior to your event. We offer special pricing for repass call for more info. We accept all electronic payments.
Cancellation Policy
440 Event Center Reservation & Payment Policy • A $200 deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your event date. • You have 7 calendar days from the date of your deposit to cancel and receive a full refund. • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled event. • If your event is booked less than 10 days in advance, the full payment is due within 24 hours of booking.
