Cancellation Policy
440 Event Center Reservation & Payment Policy • A $200 deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your event date. • You have 7 calendar days from the date of your deposit to cancel and receive a full refund. • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled event. • If your event is booked less than 10 days in advance, the full payment is due within 24 hours of booking.
